Overview

The $25.00 USD OSM listing fee is a one-time payment for the service of adding your business to OpenStreetMap, making it discoverable to travelers using the DestinationAGo app. This fee is generally non-refundable except as described below.

Eligible Refund Condition

You are entitled to a full refund if your business is not searchable within the DestinationAGo app within 24 hours of being added to OpenStreetMap and confirmed by DestinationAGo.

To request a refund, reply to your payment receipt email with the subject line Refund Request and include your business name and payment reference ID. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The business information submitted was incomplete, inaccurate, or could not be verified
• The submitted address could not be located or confirmed on OpenStreetMap
• The business category selected does not match the actual business type
• The business was successfully added to OpenStreetMap but is not yet indexed due to OpenStreetMap's standard propagation delay (typically under 24 hours)
• The refund request was submitted more than 7 days after the payment confirmation date
• The business was added and is searchable but the customer changed their mind

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide Stripe with your payment record, submitted business details, and confirmation of service delivery.
